all histograms should contain bins for all achievable points. Just like the histogram for overall points in single, split, open, and closed option. So if a task has max 10 points, the histogram shall have 10 bins even if some bins are empty. This depends on the points subdivision. If we have 0.5 points subdivision, there should be 0.5 points-steps in the histogram.
