Correctly identify and process Dynexite v3 files.
The only difference to dynexite v2 is, that the version number is no longer in the first line of the file but instead in the name of the file.
Therefore identify the version from the file name or, if the file name doesn't contain the version, from the headers.
The new format of the file name is "[name].v[X].csv".
