Grading Scheme: update formatting

Problem description

The grading table can currently be quantized to full, half or quarter credits. Since Dynexite may easily induce other granularities, it is suggested to revise the formatting of the table to make it independent of the credits

Proposed new table formatting

Table is independent of credit granularity.
