-s option fails to create .mb files for multiple input files in version 1.1.2

When running the command:

molbar *.xyz -s

using the latest version of Molbar (1.1.2), only one .mb file is generated for the provided *.xyz structures. In previous versions (e.g., 1.1.1), the command worked correctly and generated .mb files for all input structures.

Environment:

Molbar Version: 1.1.2 (installed via pip)
Operating System: openSUSE Leap 15.5 (but issue also occurs on other Linux distributions)

Since this is a useful and practical function it would be great if it could work again in the latest version.
