Fix Topology/ Pintura Widget

The integration of the Topology widget (Pintura) is broken. It is not clear if the problem lies in VILLASweb or the libcimsvg npm package (https://git.rwth-aachen.de/acs/public/cim/pintura-npm-package) or both. I get an error from within the libcimsvg package:

In libcimsvg.js line 722: TypeError: this.svgNode is null.

@rmarston @markus.mirz @stvogel Any help is appreciated. As a first step, it would be nice to know how this widget is intended to work. I never saw it in action...

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
