Component configuration should have list of files (fileIDs), not only one config file

It was agreed with @markus.mirz that a component configuration should have both, a parameter for a selected configuration file (already available, currently called selectedFileID) and a parameter for a selected (simulation) model file (to be added).

We should change the paramter selectedFileID to an array of selectedFileIDs to allow for selecting multiple files for one component configuration. In the frontend, the file type can be used to differentiate between different actions / possibilities.
