Add integration tests for new infiniband node-type

We might check for the presence of IB HCAs before running the test. So that on the standard CI runners, we can skip test by exit 99.

99 is a special return code, which signallizes that the test is skipped

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
