Remove the requirement for available_profiles in cimexport.py

generate_xml requires the parameter available_profiles. I have the feeling that the cimpy logic could be improved so that it is not required anymore. E.g. by storing the profiles in the cim dictionary. Maybe it could also be omitted in that function at all. It is apparently only used to generate warnings.
