      Fixed various problems with Dialog & DialogView. · 5db44fc2

      - each CenterView instance has its own message container (where dialogs go)
- focus is correctly handed down to dialogs that can have it (primitive ones like alert can't)
- a DialogView can open more dialogs (should work with DialogView too) and they are correctly stacked ontop
- closed dialogs will now be removed from the DOM, this should reduce memory load (foremost for long sessions)

      Workspaces now are setup after all extensions are loaded. · a97afe60

      The hard to reproduce bug, where some extension don't show up in a workspace's menu should be fixed by this.
