Fix ajax responses in login.js for login, password reset and registration. Update paw tests as well.

Fixed a bug with workspace loading, also set a better title for the dialog asking for session loading.

Workspace state will not ask whether it should be reconstructed if it is empty but instead will simply open the default view.

[file] fix helper: if argument of helper.splitPath() is just "/", ["/"] is returned instead of ["",""]. Furthermore, "/" is always prepended to the first chunk (e.g. splitPath("/Test") results in ["/","Test"])

[fileselector] set OpenPath to current path, when file is selected. This preference has to move to workspace dependend preferences when available
